From spreadsheet to a user-friendly dashboard
Motriz hired me as a freelance product designer to transform its solution catalog into a more efficient and strategic tool. The organization supports education departments in various Brazilian municipalities and offers training programs on racial equity, gender, literacy, and inclusion.
Previously, these training programs were selected manually through a static spreadsheet, which contained only basic information such as the solution's name, responsible organization, covered topic, and a proposal document. My challenge was to create a more intuitive and functional experience, not only organizing the solutions but also enhancing decision-making and process management.

The management needed to turn the solution spreadsheet into a more interactive catalog, making searches easier and encouraging greater use. In its current form, finding information was difficult, and the layout was unclear, complicating the selection of training programs.
The main challenge? A short 15-day deadline to develop the solution, requiring careful decisions to balance practicality, ease of use, and performance.

Collaborative Process
To develop a user-centered solution, we followed a structured process. We started with interviews and process analysis to understand needs. Then, we conducted journey mapping to identify key steps and pain points for managers and implementers. In the co-creation phase, we defined functionalities through ideation and feature prioritization.
The solution took shape in the prototyping stage, with wireframes and Looker Studio implementation. Finally, we refined the product through testing and validation, gathering user feedback to make necessary adjustments.
